Grocery Customer Thankful for Big Savings

My wife and I recently became Wal-Mart grocery customers, and we are so happy we did. Wal-Mart saves us at least $400 every month on our total grocery bill.

While my wife and I are going through the aisles and making our selections, we try to identify the largest-saving items in our basket. Heinz Ketchup was the big winner last week. We used to pay about $3.80 for a 24-ounce bottle at a competing store, but we were able to buy it at Wal-Mart for just $1.49.

You simply can’t dispute the huge savings we see every month. These savings enable us to enjoy a higher standard of living than we could otherwise afford. I tell all my friends about the great deals available at Wal-Mart and encourage them to try Wal-Mart for their grocery shopping too.

Wal-Mart is a great company, as it showed so clearly in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. The folks who like to bash Wal-Mart need to look at all the savings that Wal-Mart passes on to their customers. Keep up the great work, Wal-Mart, and thanks for being the best retailer in the world!

Longtime Employee Proud of Wal-Mart’s Values

My 20th anniversary with Wal-Mart is coming up in January, and I am proud to be a part of such a great company.

Just yesterday, I was discussing with some co-workers about the barrage of negativity we face on a daily basis. It is frustrating to know the truth and see it distorted and twisted beyond recognition.

While no one claims our company is perfect, Wal-Mart strives for values we can all be proud of. Wal-Mart expects you to treat others with respect, work hard to improve results, and take care of customer needs.

My job has been a blessing for my family, and I hope to retire having worked for only one company my entire adult life – Wal-Mart. Thank you for your efforts!

Happy Retiree Always Treated Respectfully

I was an hourly associate at the Wal-Mart home office for 26 years, and I was very happy to have been there. I was able to retire last year.

I start working for the company in a special division warehouse, later moved to the home office, and held several positions there. I had opportunities to move into management but chose not to.

During all the years I worked at the home office, I was always treated with respect by upper management. I was happy with the pay I was getting because it was more than I could have made anyplace else in the community.

Today, Iím a happily retired Wal-Mart associate and proud of it.

Commuting Employee Says Wal-Mart “Well Worth the Drive”

I am very proud to work for Wal-Mart. My husband and I both work for the company. We drive over 20 miles to get to work every day, and it is well worth the drive. We have affordable health insurance and other great benefits.

I would like to thank you for creating this website. With so much negativity out there about my company, it's nice to see that the positive things coming from Wal-Mart are noticed.

Customers saving money, fed up with bashing

We’re so glad to see your website get started. We are thoroughly fed up with the Wal-Mart bashing. We figure conservatively that Wal-Mart has saved us over 30 years or so at least $30,000, enough to pay for our travel trailer and then some. And the company has also helped improve American entrepreneurship incalculably.
